Humidity data shows that across all lattitudes that higher humidity is more common than lower humidity. By visual inspection, the northern hemisphere seems to have a larger number of higher humidity data points than the southern hemisphere. This could be due to the selection of global cities, with more northern cities being selected or maybe this data represents a northern hemisphere summer month and not a January date.
